"We have rented - as tenants - two properties in Primrose Hill in which Paul Lee & Company have acted as agents. The business is run by Paul and Lisa. They are both unfailingly delightful to deal with. In terms of finding a property they were quick to identify the sort of place we were after and make genuinely helpful suggestions (as opposed to trying to flog whatever was on their books). When showing us round they tended to leave us to it (as opposed to peppering us with sales' talk in every room). They handle the administrative side of renting with a maximum of efficiency and minimum of fuss. In terms of day-to-day management they are the same: handling the occasional problem (broken washing machine etc) with speed and fairness. I highly recommend using their services as a tenant."
